Management disrespectful. Many favorites which are the only ones that get promoted. So much dead weight and they remain here. Many changes were supposed to take place. The only change was a number of seasoned and well trained employees were fired. Nothing is fixed. Meetings and agendas to fool the parent company. No moving forward. A lot of backstabbing by management. Too bad. There is such low morale. Nobody wants to be here. We are all afraid to get fired.

Staff turnover is high, no one in the customer care team has been employed for more than a year. It's like being in a high school working at Zeiss. If you're not one of the cool kids then you can do nothing right, regardless of how good you are at the role. You will be bullied out by adults. There are more complaints at Zeiss than any other company I've known (and I've worked in bigger companies before). Leadership is poor, and they do not know the meaning of good service.
