Fair. but monotonous and has much room for improvement

Pros

Compensation is fair. Slightly higher compared to competitors like Hoya, Essilor, Signet A. other benefits like parking and entertainment expenses are capped. but taken care of by the company.

Cons

Too Bureaucratic. Decisions are made globally in the HQ in Germany and forced upon the local management. More decisions need to be made by and for local entities.

IMT is a great division of Zeiss, it teaches very high skills to its Field Representatives and supports them incredibly

Pros

Training, Travel, Pay, Co-Workers, Advanced Technology, industry leader. Zeiss is very forward thinking and cutting edge in all it's divisions.

Cons

Travel can be a Con if you are uncomfortable with the regularity. Slight disconnect between Field and home office for many administrative tasks but this may have been corrected since.
