Cons

Issues with direct CSR contact. Many phone and system issues. Staff not always recognized for hard work. Same people recignized and given credit for others contributions and achievements.

It is a great place to work at. Carl Zeiss has a lot of engeneers that work for the company over 10 years.

Cons

Management stuctures tent to be quite steep so it is relativly had to climb up the latter but people at the basis are just great.
