Compensation is fair. Slightly higher compared to competitors like Hoya, Essilor, Signet A. other benefits like parking and entertainment expenses are capped. but taken care of by the company.
Cons
Too Bureaucratic. Decisions are made globally in the HQ in Germany and forced upon the local management. More decisions need to be made by and for local entities.
