      Good benefits, you can work overtime (beyond the mandatory)if you want

      Cons

      There were only 3 people working in my area. I was in charge of keeping the machines (3-4) going and the lines clear with little help. There were days that I didn’t get to take my first break until 2nd shift came in which was a half hour before I was supposed to clock out for the day.

      Not structure company. Too much politics involved. No cooperative teams. Each department work against each other. Accounting team need restructuring. Toxic environment.very high turnover rate in employee.

      You wont be micromanaged here and the medical benefits are the best.

      Cons

      There is no clear cut policies in place. If you have an issue with another employee, do not count on HR to assist. They are there to protect the company, not the employees. Everyone is leaving to find better opportunities and careers. KUDOS!
