Incompetent manager and supervisor , that is why I lost my job. Zeiss mandated covid vaccines but one could also apllay for a religious exemption which the current manager and supervisor kept from me. tThey just kept telling me to be vaccinated or I will lose my job. Then on Jan 29 th I found out tha some people applied for a religious exemption and they all were aproved
