Pros

None. None. None. None. None.

Cons

The worst management who like to sleep with their employees (looking at you Scott @ WML). Inexperienced staff. Long commute if you live in surrounding area- or outrageously priced housing in Big Sky. Pay not even kind of worth the work. No payment for travel time. Crappy bus system that isn't reliable.

Pros

The skiing is absolutely incredible.

Cons

They will fire you for absolutely no reason whenever they feel like it. Extremely underpaid for the amount of work I did for them.

Pros

Beautiful place to work. Ski pass.

Cons

You will be hired for one job and then forced to work in another position. For example, they will say you will make tons of money serving and then they will make you buss tables or not give you hours at all. If you whistle blow about wrong doings an assistant director will likely send you threatening text messages asking you to keep his name out of messages. I told him i was afraid for my life and he continued to text me and is currently still employed. You are forced to take an unpaid mandatory bus from the lot one employee parking area to the base area. Other more important employees can drive in and avoid waiting in the line for the bus that's often late. The round trip on property bus commute roughly takes around an hour a day if I had to guess. They have recently had issue with service charge agreements and management wrongfully collecting service charges. The money from my understanding was returned.
