Pros

Pretty good pay, not only can’t I find this kind of pay where I’m from it’s rare to find it in my field. Good hours but not healthy. The food during your orientation and end of season party! Banquet events are fun but can stressful. Definitely memorable. Coworkers a-like can be a pain to work with or the greatest people you ever met.

Cons

Exhaustion but keep pushing yourself and it’ll be over soon. They start cutting hours towards the end of the season and you’ll be asking for what you once resented.
