Most immature work environment ever experienced.

Pros

-You essentially can’t get fired because of how understaffed the entirety of the company is. -Easy to progress if one is competent and thick skinned.

Cons

-I would hardly call the free meals food. -The tipping and service charge pool is a joke when looking at the type of clientele you are dealing with. -Level of maturity in multiple work environments equates to that of high school. -You’re promised everything yet provided nothing. -Upper management practices little to no actual managerial techniques. -Extremely cliquey work environments. -Absolutely destroying the surrounding physical environment. -Good luck finding a place to live in Big Sky.

Don't do it!

Pros

Occasional ski days at a private resort. Employee appreciation day at the end of the year.

Cons

The pay is not highly superior to other resorts in Big Sky. They lied to the clientele about recycling with bins set out stating 'environmental stewardship, recycle here', however all of these items were thrown into the dumpster. During the holidays, it is typical to work 2 weeks straight with out a day off, many employees become ill and calling in sick is not an option. Regular breaks or lunches are not offered. Overall toxic environment.

Pros

Beautiful place to work. Cool houses and architecture. Lunch and shuttle offered. Relatively easy work. Most houses are clean to start with just need detailing. Ski pass is a great bonus and the hill there is amazing.

Cons

Long commute. A lot of tedius work, especially dusting. Construction cleans were the worst and super disorganized. Work environment wasn't the best. Felt like I was in high school, both with the people employed and the management. A different department at the club would probably be more enjoyable to work for.
