Pros

- Free season pass to Big Sky or Bridger, and sometimes get to ski + bike at YC - Free lunch - Free outdoor gear (Patagonia, Arcteryx, Outdoor Research etc.) - Being in beautiful houses in beautiful scenery

Cons

- Members can be extremely demanding and difficult to please - A LONG commute from Bozeman - Sometimes not very clear expectations
