Pros

Interaction and relationship building with members Private Powder

Cons

Management from the top down does not care about service/hospitality workers at all Constant employee turnover (good employees are not compensated, managers would rather just replace with starting wage new-hires) Benefits constantly being taken aback (used to be allowed to ski every day, had access to employees gym, allowed to play golf course, food quality has gradually decreased in the employee cafeteria over time... etc.) Housing situation Have to ride a shuttle on property Employee food is a joke Pay Structure
