      - Free season pass to Big Sky or Bridger, and sometimes get to ski + bike at YC - Free lunch - Free outdoor gear (Patagonia, Arcteryx, Outdoor Research etc.) - Being in beautiful houses in beautiful scenery

      Cons

      - Members can be extremely demanding and difficult to please - A LONG commute from Bozeman - Sometimes not very clear expectations

      Being at the YC is exciting at first.

      Cons

      The hours for concierge are terrible. You’re basically every members free personal assistant who’s never thanked, underpaid, and never gets to leave the desk.
