      Poorly run office with no regard for staff.

      Pros

      Team colleagues were great to work with. Very Interesting industry to have been apart of. Met some wonderful individuals through various parts of the job and being apart of Yara.

      Cons

      No job progression due to management. Poorly run office due to management change - morale suffered. Poor communication in every aspect. Extreme expectations on “normal” workers. No respect.

      Pros

      Yara is one of the world's leading fertilizer companies and is #1 in nitrates. The relentless focus on safety is best-in-class.

      Cons

      Keeping a low profile locally due to the nature of some of their products, especially highly explosive ammonium nitrate.

      I cannot recommend. Poor, old fashioned management culture.

      Pros

      As a blue-collar worker very good salary and easy job. The company offers good employee benefits.

      Cons

      Poor management by the company´s top management. Agreed matters are not kept, Inappropriate behavior is not addressed. Poor orientation. Lots of different IT-systems but they dont work. The well-being of white-collar workers is not taken care of, many people are exhausted due to the heavy workload. The companys management cannot be trusted, they do not keep their promises. The middle management does not have the authority to to change employee habits. Over the years, employees have been given too much influence. Managers cannot change the habits, because top management allows employees to behave. White-collar workers are poorly paid considering the responsibilities and workload, at least in Finland.
