Poor management by the company´s top management. Agreed matters are not kept, Inappropriate behavior is not addressed. Poor orientation. Lots of different IT-systems but they dont work. The well-being of white-collar workers is not taken care of, many people are exhausted due to the heavy workload. The companys management cannot be trusted, they do not keep their promises. The middle management does not have the authority to to change employee habits. Over the years, employees have been given too much influence. Managers cannot change the habits, because top management allows employees to behave.
White-collar workers are poorly paid considering the responsibilities and workload, at least in Finland.
