It is great to read that you find the work life balance to be good, and that you have fantastic colleagues. This is really important for Yara as an employer.
When it comes to the career paths in Yara, we nurture a culture where the employees themselves are accountable and in control of their self-development. To support this, Yara is focused on building internal corporate development programs.
In 2019 we also intend to launch Yara University, showing that we are committed to investing in the development of our employees.
