Flexibility. Travelling around the world. Not micromanagement. Good people. Personal growth chances. International environment.

Cons

Lay offs and bad financial situation. Leadership with very less to none hands on experience. No clear strategy. Hierarchical approach. Lots of meetings without meaning.
