One of the greatest benefits is the opportunity to work from home. In order to ensure everyone succeeds, the company offers hands-on support for on-boarding and continuing training. Everyone is committed to YPO's mission which builds a very collaborative and focused culture.

Cons

Because most employees are remote and spread around the world, it can be difficult to connect in person. This results in a lot of email traffic!
