This is a cause based organization whose mission is the support of Better Leaders through Education and Idea Exchange. In reality it is so much more. The programming and structures of learning and confidential connections for CEOs and their families has a deeper and more profound impact. The caring, support and trust that gets established is cascaded through over 125 countries with no political or other discriminatory aspects in play. Unique in the world and worthy celebrating

Cons

The shear volume of activity requires a 7 day a week mentality from staff and member champions as there is something scheduled every day of the year. Stress can be high and care needs to be taken not to burn people out.

Pros

It has been a very open minded community with trusty and friendly people. Integrity is very important which I deem very important in my working experience. Colleagues can trust to each other, count on their attendance and help. No selfish people.

Cons

Due to international time differences, you need to be very punctual in your delivery to members : 24 hours acknowledgment. This could create some confusion but is not at all frustrated.

The culture is relationship driven, collaborative, open and evolving to meet the demands of the current business environment.

As with any business that is evolving, the change can be challenging for some team members.
