Good company with decent benefits. Lots of Changes in last year. Lots of upper level management vs actual worker bees.

Good benefits, 401k match, decent salary and can Make decker commission during the busy times. Have option to work from home.

Cons

So many changes within last year. Too much upper level management making it too heavy. Micromanaged to the max.
