You can survive if you are really good in Buttering Peoples You won't require any skills except to be in good books of the super boss Highly incompetent bosses and managers Favors highly demotivating atmosphere

Follow no process...everything works like top to bottom...end result will be zero. All the top positions are for relatives who are highly incompetent Pathetic working conditions No learning...only buttering
