This company is an example for the worst work culture ever you find. The work-life balance is really pathetic. They make you work more than 10 hours a day and expects you to come in weekends too. They always treat you as their slaves.
Managers here are dumb They neither know technical things nor they manage well but they know buttering very well. Managers don't understand a person's life. They always want their work done at the cost of Employee's life. Managers often cheat their employees, Be careful. Most of the times managers roam and check the screens of the computer , Also they have one tool Sapience which will track your productivity on the basis of your on PC time which was spent in your PC by you whatever you did move only mouse. After joining this company, I lost my social life, even disturbed very much in my personal life. You don't get time to spend with your own family.
They don't know what to do and how to do the project, they just assign you the work and expects you to complete the work in time without any training sessions. Even if you understand the problem and finds a way to do, the time will not be sufficient. Hence ruining your life by working late nights and weekends.
If you don't know the buttering then they can fire to you any time and reason will be under performance whatever if you are working since 5-6 years.
This company has parent company as MORPHO and they closed lots of branch due to cost cutting
Benefits are really really poor. Even though you work for weekends they don't give you a compensation leave, not even the extra pay . They treat its your duty to come the weekends and work for late nights. They never appreciate an employee's effort.
Hikes are really politics based. The more you are friendly to the managers the more you get the hike. They don't bother about good work you have been doing. They don't really care about the value you bring to the projects.
You have to beg for taking your own leaves. Managers reject the leave requests most of the time saying the project
