XYZ is one of the best, experienced, skillful company about web design in izmir. Especially if you are working with flash there are a lot of chance to improve your skills and knowledge.

Cons

Beside all the good properties, working on xyz is hard because most of the projects have very tight schedules. You may spent days and nights over and over again in one week.
