X-Rite reviews about "management"

Current supply chain issues have led to be getting bounced around a bit because the line I am supposed to be on doesn't have parts. When large orders come in there is an expectation to work overtime and/or weekends to fulfill them on time.

You will work hard and things can get stressful but it's done for continuous improvement

Leadership is focused on the quarter versus the long-term strategy Middle management is dictated to by top leadership and doesn't have much say Leadership is a boys club and women don't get promoted often Heavy focus on the red and the greens are rarely celebrated

Management wasn't the greatest for the department. Less focused on the "world class" experience and more focused on transactional details.

Financial management was not the strong point of colorgen. Senior management made a lot of promises which wasn't based on reality. No hard feelings, was a blast to work there and do what I did.

Incompetent and clueless management, no company direction, project priorities constantly change. Worse place I have worked in my entire career spanning over 30 years in software development.
