      Only been here a month but it seems good so far

      Pros

      Welcoming coworkers, easy to understand training, understanding and accommodating management, good benifits

      Cons

      Current supply chain issues have led to be getting bounced around a bit because the line I am supposed to be on doesn't have parts. When large orders come in there is an expectation to work overtime and/or weekends to fulfill them on time.
