Pros
I had thebopportunity to create a new division very early in my career. It was a blast thanks to the support of one of the board of directors. The CEO of cologen was a bit crazy, but that is what was needed to bring this product main stream.
Cons
Financial management was not the strong point of colorgen. Senior management made a lot of promises which wasn't based on reality. No hard feelings, was a blast to work there and do what I did.
