      Pros

      Intellectually stimulating, good compensation, supportive admins & teams

      Cons

      Narrow fields and scope of research queries - mostly focused on business and marketing. There are a few academic questions that bookworms and learners like me would love. It would be great if we could cater more of those!

      As a fellow bookworm, thanks for the feedback :^) We do get primarily business questions but there are a whole host of other topics that get asked about as well. As the company continues to grow, you should continue to see that mix of request types.

      Pros

      -I decide when to work and how much to work -The community is really great and helpfull -There are so many resources and manuals available that researchers can learn and grow their skills on a daily basis -Payments are always on time

      Cons

      -Questions are sometimes really hard, but you can choose other ones -Payments could be bit higher

      Pros

      - I get to pick up my own time and more often than not a topic of my interest. - Interface is easy to use - don't really need an "orientation" if we follow the first time guidelines. - Transparency - rants or raves - its all there for everyone to see hear and pitch in with solutions or a " I hear you" - the management team doesn't shy away from taking some open feedback and actually work on it. - Despite just being a virtual community, I have been reached out to personally versus just a "bcc email" when I was away too long - more a "miss you" than a "where are you" ...I think that's awesome!

      Cons

      - For the current prices, some research requests take really long, if you really want to do justice(beyond surf and summarize:)) - While we get to pick our time, we cant pick our deadline - if we start the work, we have to keep at it- "understandeable" but sometimes a hindrance.
