The culture here is so supportive and amazing, it is a totally different environment then probably anywhere else you have worked at before.

Cons

The only downside might be the starting salary for some positions but there are many other benefits that make up for that

Independent work, having the ability to somewhat make your own decisions that can bring benefit within your roll, the opportunity to travel internationally. Very diverse and progressive workplace and people. Good growth opportunity and supportive colleagues and leads.

Cons

It is not your traditional 09-17 job so if you are used to that, this might not be for you. Independent work for those who not use to working autonomously. Constant feed of information that can change from week to week.
