      Pros

      Working with TransferWise has totally changed my life. I work with brilliant self-motivated people that help each other make the best product and service we can. Benefits from this job are also amazing, they really care about you here. It's also a great place to grow your career and find yourself a position you never that you would be in before. We get to meet people from all over the world with opportunities to travel to other offices. It makes you believe that this isn't just a job it's a revolution.

      Cons

      Because the benefits are so great, it means we cut back in other areas - pay raises could be addressed better.

      My colleagues are amazing! As a newbie, everyone really made me feel welcomed and are constantly helping me out. I love that TransferWise has built this culture that allows us to work with confidence. Love working for a company that actually cares about me.

      Cons

      Part time is not available, which would be awesome if there was such option.

      TransferWise offers great opportunities both personally and professionally. I love working and learning from my colleagues all around the globe. The company's culture is diverse, fun and inclusive, a true reflection of work hard, play hard.

      Cons

      We have changes every day. You have to be on top of the updates, but it's also an opportunity to learn every day.
