      Pros

      - Great flexibility and work-life balance. WFH is common. 'mobile wiser program' that allows employee to work from other countries which is great for travel enthusiast and people who wants to work from home country for a short period for whatever reason. Supportive environment for people having a meaningful life outside of work such as working parents/carers, people doing further education/side hustle while working, hobby, etc. - Most team members are genuinely great to work with. Can't say there is totally no backstabber/political person but it is quite minimal from my experience. - There are significant numbers of 'boomeranger' - employee who left Wise and re-joined Wise again. A strong sign that the culture is welcoming and positive to the employee.

      Cons

      - Salary is relatively lower than peer fintech. Though, there are many intangible benefits that could make up for the lower salary. - Just as many fintech with primarily younger employee, many mid-level leadership are younger employee with little leadership experience. Though the company does provide leadership training. - Depending on your role, it may not be a good fit for someone who just want to work/think 'inside the box' only. - Depending on your office location, career progression could be very limited for smaller office.
