      * Competitive salaries. * High-end office space, frequent events, and quality catering. * Excellent facilities and modern workspace. * Strong, recognizable brand identity. * Seamless onboarding experience at the corporate level. * The company is actively integrating AI into its workflows. * Travels alot

      * Inexperienced managers are given authority without knowing how to lead effectively. * Questions are discouraged; employees are threatened with "culture fit" or skill assessments if they speak up. * There are no structured onboarding plans for new team members - in engineering part * The organization lacks clear expectations and a cohesive vision. * Employees are sacrificed as scapegoats to cover for the mistakes of others. * Ineffective HR department.

      PTO, Sick time, hybrid, lunch once a week, coffee machine and work equipment.

      Cons

      Too much micromanaging, you feel suffocated having to justify every minute you spend away from your computer, having to close a high amount of cases and yet keep perfect QA. You constantly have new training and you are forced to work in the office during training and in a schedule different than your normal one. Also they don’t approve your time of during training. People seemed stressed. Seems like it was a good place to work before but now it’s changing the culture.
