      Good people but poor overall company

      Pros

      Co-workers were a joy to work with. Pay was industry standard, maybe bit below.

      Cons

      Senior Management detached from day to day business. High turnover of staff and many redundancies in business critical areas but take extra staff on for HR? Tired facility with old IT and infrastructure. If your face fits you progress, if it doesn't you will stagnate. Work life balance poor.

      Employees are engaged and want to make a difference. Strategic change in Safety approach and getting rid of unskilled safety " professionals".

      Cons

      Leadership must get engaged with front line employees. All levels of leadership including regional. Very reactive culture.
