Pros

Fairly constant, easy and routine work. Job security is good.

Cons

No innovation goes on here. Lack of motivation to do something different or innovative. Not so qualified colleagues. They were hired when Weir EnSci was pretty small so they are from 3rd grade colleges. The work is defined by billable hours which suppresses the thinking.

Pros

May be a good place for engineering graduates who wish to start their career. Not very sure.. Management functions are not worth. Nothing for aspiring professionals. Good place to retire from.

Cons

1. No company goal or direction. 2. HR promises are false - valid till interview & joining. Caused monetary loss by way of false commitments. Inconsiderate HR manager later mocks at your state. 3. No career path or development for people. Farse training s organised to show training hours. 4. To much politics at senior level. In 150 People 10 senior managers, 20 managers & double number of team leads, create as much politics as you may find in an organisation of 1,00,000 people.

Pros

*Great pay that is standard with oil and gas industry *Affordable benefits and 401K match *easy commute

Cons

*Unethical business practices that start from the top and trickle down *Management asks employees to do illegal things *HR department in Fort Worth is a dumpster fire. The Director doesn't know what he's doing and gives promotions based on favoritism *There is a culture of "every man for himself" where everyone is more worried about themselves than working together as a team
