Pros

Customer focus. People - amazing team members who are a pleasure to work and spend time with. Friendly, caring and supportive. Technically credible. Company supports university students programs and development

Cons

Under resourced teams across the business. Lack of balance and harmony between team's headcounts and workload. Kpi's and processes misaligned causing teams to work disjointedly, inefficiently and politics. Workload focus seems purely on keeping up, not improvement or innovation. Culture not great, long hours, everyone is overworked and people are glued to phones and emails day and night. This is consistent, not just one off's to achieve an urgent deadline. Many restructures - a lot of big changes seemed to lack thorough planning and consideration of impacts that have left teams in a very hard position. Young talent not invested in to plan for senior's transfer of knowledge. All of the above has demoralised teams also contributing to the hard place they're in.
