Doing a good job at Weir is like doing a wee in a dark suit...... You get a nice warm feeling but no one notices. You will get very little in the way of training and career development, there is no bonus scheme and you forget pay rises. Weir will use up until you burn out and quit...... Unless you are lazy and brown nose upper management. Then you will get pay rises and a position more than likely out of your league.

Long hours Expectation to drop everything on management say so Unrealistic top down approach Too many layers at the top adding pressure on employees to do their work for them Business is so focussed on output the rest of the business is out of control!!!!
