Thanks for taking the time to share your review. It’s great to see that during your time with us, you experienced a flexible working culture which allowed you to achieve a good work-life balance. In response to your other comments, we regularly survey employees on all aspects of life at Weir, such as communication and various aspects of leadership and we continue to work to make improvements in these areas, for example to ensure employees are kept informed and up to date on all aspects of life at Weir relevant to them and their role and that they have confidence in, and the support they need from management to grow and succeed.

Thanks for taking the time to share your positive review of your experience at Weir so far! It’s great to see that you feel looked after at Weir, and indeed we strive to create a culture where every employee feels that Weir is an exceptional place to work and belong. In response to your comment around career advancement, we continue to focus on what people need in order to achieve fair outcomes for all and that includes access to training and development, career pathways and regular, open feedback. Indeed, our individualised growth opportunities are what many employees tell us they like best about working at Weir as they get the freedom to grow in their own way. We know that everything moves fast at Weir but that can create opportunities for all of us – to take on new challenges, explore new areas, learn, progress and excel. Best of all, there is no set path that everyone has to go down. We want everyone to feel they are given the support and freedom to tailor-make their own career.
