Cons
Lacking processes and not having a leadership team understanding a strategy resulted in a business loss. The culture was toxic, and the leaders were authoritative, which is a common scenario in the mechanical sector in India. Product quality was not good, and the entire team in the factory had low morale while the leadership didn't take action on the issues at hand.
