In response to your other comments, we regularly survey employees on all aspects of life at Weir, such as communication and various aspects of leadership and we continue to work to make improvements in these areas, for example to ensure employees are kept informed and up to date on all aspects of life at Weir relevant to them and their role and that they have confidence in, and the support they need from management to grow and succeed.
