      Pays well, decent location, office provides all materials you need for the job

      Poor management for customer service department, unhappy employees, high stress levels, no formal training, untrustworthy HR department, faced discrimination as a person with disability, juvenile level of petty and competitive behavior from both my manager and peers

      Pay is above average but this is about the only redeeming quality at this company.

      Cons

      Aside from the pay, everything else is horrible. Management is clueless. This is run by a "Good ol' Boy" network that is practically impenetrable by the female species.
