Pros

Just like all the other reviews ... co-workers / snacks / beer / outings.

Cons

Do you enjoy working your butt off to complete projects in a timely and successful manner for years on end only to have the only senior position on your team filled by a recent grad school graduate with zero understanding of the tools and processes used by your current company? Maybe you love being assessed by managers who have zero hand in your development for bi-annual performance reviews that feel like they are never ending given the amount of micro-management your own manager puts on you? Or perhaps you thrive in an environment where there is a revolving door of employees and staying at the company for 3 years makes you a "veteran" ? Then you'll love it at Wayfair!

Pros

Fun events, snacks, parties, culture

Cons

1. Dark Office Politics and hidden secrets 2. No job security. Quick hire and fire policy. I have seen they have fired people without warnings, Don't even inform their team about firing to maintain a myth of good environment 3. Work depends on the team you are working on: either people find it too boring and stagnant or too much pressurized . 4. Try to lure employees by throwing parties but no actual holidays or sick leaves.

Pros

Working from home: no commute, no dress code. Decent IT setup.

Cons

Where to start. Training lasts a month but does not prepare you in ANY WAY for the overwhelming workload. You might be working from home but you might as well be working in a sweatshop. You are chained to your desk ALL DAY taking call after call and email after email all the while having your performance scrutinized under a microscope and being compared almost daily against your peers. The stress is so unhealthy. Customers can be VERY angry and there is no emotional support to deal with this as you are on your own. The work you achieve is NEVER enough, you are expected to do more and more and more. Like someone else said, I have been lied to and completely misled as to the workload involved and the potential earnings I could make. Nothing is worth this amount of negativity. Many people have left since I started and I am gone as soon as I get another job offer. You have completely wasted my time Wayfair!
