Pros
Great people, great environment. If you are a person who cares about having stimulating work that changes from day to day, this is a good job to have. The company is growing and that counts for a lot. Benefits are very competitive. There's always a new challenge yet to be solved. There is a lot of teamwork and it is easy to feel like you are part of a solution. If you have ideas they will be given an audience, which is not always the case at other companies.
Cons
There isn't a long list of negative aspects; it's a great place to work overall. One issue is that we are growing so quickly that we can't always keep up with it. Individual pay could be higher.
