Pros

The staff are generally quite young and friendy. The work is not difficult, not a lot of class prep involved.

Cons

Bad pay, pretty much minimum wage, for a skilled, degree level + teaching qualification. No opportunities. No benefits. Awful working hours + conditions. Pretty much being taken advantage of, because you are young/in a foreign country etc.

Pros

Great, dynamic company with exciting opportunities for growth and development.

Cons

I believe that the new thresholds being crossed need faster solutions and that the overall policies for consumers need to be rethought to reflect a more open approach to business.
