Pros

I cannot mention any pros worth giving, guess if you need the experience and they are the only place hiring, but it should never be your first option.

Cons

Master admininstration makes your job impossible. The salary is the one of the lowest in the market, yet they demand overtime and is not paid. When you leave they discount from your payment holidays that you did not take. Worst of all, when you complain they simply ignore you.
