      -Can be fun environment -Meet many people from many different places, Teachers and students -no lesson planning - Professional compared to other private language schools.

      -Repetitive -Be prepared to work 6 days, sometimes 7 days a week -Very Turkish management (Disorganized upper management) -Revolving door of staff, high turnover - Pay

      Too much sales pressure on staff and students Directors are generally not nice people if sales aren't up no ones cares if you managed to make miracles in the present or past, money rules not staff appreciation, team spirit or client satisfaction
