Pros

I wish there were some.

Cons

A whole lot of office-politics going on at their Mount Laurel, NJ location. Not a good place for temp-workers. They always boost about the opportunities WTW has available for temps to become permanent employees, but that's not true. It's basically a BS line they feed to temps to keep them motivated, but when the open-enrollment season ends, they alway lay-off all of the temps. If you're looking for long-term, permanent employment, don't waste your time at Willis Towers Watson.

Pros

The usual expected good benefits package from a large financial services company. Work/Life balance.

Cons

In the Redhill office most managers don’t have people skills, are rude, distant and inconsistent in their approach to people. Poor behaviour is allowed to persist as consequences are non-existent. Dress code, foul language, extreme political, religious & social views are unchallenged. There is a cliquey feel amongst those that have been here for a number of years. Those that have joined in the last 4/5 years, due to the growth in this part of the business, are not valued and are ignored. Client first is one of the values but this is used as an excuse to treat people poorly and saying that, the quality of work is being over looked for achieving the ‘numbers’. I know of two managers who have openly said to the effect ‘quality doesn’t matter, just get the work out the door’. I also know a manager who ‘does not speak to new starters in their first six months’. Yes, they even mean a ‘hello’, or a ‘welcome’. Appalling. Trying to get support and help from HR is nigh on impossible! As far as I can tell there is one HR person for the whole of TAS UK. That is one HR advisor for over 1200 employees. Madness. The initial training is good but after that the support and training you get on team is often poor and inconsistent.
