Pros

I learned a lot about Medicare rules and regulations. I also met some amazing people and learned a lot about myself during my time here.

Cons

Overwhelmed, no consistency, does not adhere to or live out WTW Core Values. Senior management needs to be restructured. No raises Management claims to have an open door policy but retaliation is a very real thing. Has rules in place that are not consistently followed Treat adults like children Facility is a health hazard, dirty had a bed bug infestation a couple of years ago that is back again
