Office location is connected to MRT . Health benefits is good allows employer unlimited reimbursements for employees and dependents

Cons

Leaders place financial results and their personal reputation foremost. Some leaders have absolutely zero integrity and just want to look good personally. Many across multiple levels in the Asian offices have left the firm - including country head, practice leaders and even entry level employees

Pros

Decent compensation and benefits. Good downtown location near Bloor and Yonge Station.

Cons

A very difficult working environment with abusive management. I spent 6 months working with the UK team and made every possible effort to contribute to the project I was hired for. However, the management was always dismissive and inconsiderate with the regards to the concerns that team head. When they were faced with the subpar results as they were previously warned on many occasions, they were blaming the team and doing everything to cover up for their own mistakes. There is a visible lack of company culture and the very prominent presence of Leadership ego. I am writing my review based on my experience working with one part of WTW which was a startup-like environment. I honestly doubt that the whole company is like this as I know a few other people who work in different parts of the company and have good experiences.
