I worked at the corporate office and overall it was a good company to work for. My boss personally was great to me and worked hard to get me raises and bonuses that I deserved. The office itself is out of date and very cramped but they are talking about enlarging the office space. They used to have weekly dinners but now have switched it to snacks/drinks available and open to any employees. They also have annual summer/winter parties. They like to hire within.

Cons

The management team has become a bit political over the past few years. The founder/CEO has now been bought out so it will be interesting to see the changes that happen over time.

Awesome company to work for! If you're looking for career advancement then this company is for you. Great pay and commission payout.

Cons

Upper management trends to micromanage. Company is all about rules and policies. Will definitely bend over backwards for ownership.
