Ready for high school all over again?

Pros

Discount on rent if you live on site. Good pay for the industry. Good benefits. Flexible schedule(for the most part). Team environment on site. If you're willing to relocate you can move up unbelievable quickly, but be cautious, when VG expands into new markets they do not always retain the sites for longer than a year so you may be out a job.

Cons

Disconnect between home office and site are extreme. The "classes" the company asks you to take for training are not accurate as to how a site operates. If you keep your head down and focus on your site you can stay out of the "high school gossip drama", if you're lucky. Otherwise, it's very easy to get blackballed.

Pros

Good Vacation Time and Bonus and commissions Hourly Pay not bad Managers let you do your work and arent following which is nice and they work with your schedules if you need time off.

Cons

Lots of Work -putting up with the weather- the pay could be better for the amount of work workers should get occassional incentives like gift cards etc they have yearly party but not everyone likes to go.
