Pros

None, Village Green is a laughing stock in this industry. They have no business managing multi family assets

Cons

Where do I even begin? I've been with VG for almost 3 years. It started out good but I quickly realized that they are a joke. They give you empty promises, the Cincinnati corp team is faker than the eyelashes they wear...nothing but lies, bullying, gaslighting and turning the other cheek to significant issues including harassment and discrimination. Our region has lost countless good, tenured associates over the last several months and it's sad. We just had our annual Convention celebration and I've never felt more like I was in a cult than I did at Convention. Everyone is FAKE, FAKE, FAKE! Forget going to any higher ups with concerns, because you'll just get retaliated against. Don't think about going to People Services either, they're laughable. This place is tragic...I had high hopes for this company but it's been fail after fail. DO NOT pay attention to the positive reviews, as it's been mentioned several times in meetings, for associates to leave good reviews.

Pros

Village Green actually invest the the training of their employees.

Cons

It’s a battle to the “top” in which your only weapon is being liked by superiors. The Midwest Region of Village Green is a popularity contest where popularity outweighs performance. - Pay is not sufficient for the workload. - Benefits are subpar - No tuition reimbursement - Pressures employers to leave 5 star Glasdoor Reviews

Pros

The insurance is really good, and the residents make the job worth going to. I have nothing positive to say about management- I have no idea how any owner would hire this company!

Cons

Hands down the worst company to work for. Their “training” is not helpful at all if you work at a small property. There is no encouragement when you do something well, but they are very quick to reprimand if you mess something up— which is typically due to poor management/ guidance!!!
