Pros
- Uncapped commission as a sales consultant (unless property is 100% occupied) - 2 days off every week - Paid holidays and time off - Set hours - "Promote-from-within" strategy - Supportive teammates/6-month mentor program - Extensive training - Opportunities for local or national travel
Cons
- Salespeople have to work an average of at least 2 Saturdays per month - If property is not performing to standards, sales people may have to work Sundays - Hourly compensation could be improved - Intense standards for promotion (not necessarily a con, but promotions are no joke when it comes to work put in)
